Deoxidize Polishing Multi-effect Enzyme
CP-70 is a new biological application technology in the field of printing and dyeing. It mixed traditional deoxidization, polishing and dyeing three originally independent steps into one step. From the above process comparison is easy to see a multi-effect enzyme CP-70 in practical application greatly shorten the process, reduce energy consumption, reduce waste emissions and greatly improve the production efficiency.
CP-70 reference process conditions
①_x0001_ According to the sixty degree temperature dyeing factory
a) For the process of first dyes then adding the sodium sulphate
Adding acetic acid at 60℃→6min, adding 0.5-1.5% enzyme, PH:6.0-6.5→15min, adding dye→adding sodium sulfate→adding alkali
b) For the process of first anhydrous sodium sulphate then add the dyes.
Adding acetic acid at 60℃→6min, adding 0.5-1.5% enzyme, PH:6.0-6.5→35min, adding sodium sulfate→adding dye→adding alkali
②_x0001_ Deoxidation and dyeing, two step method
Adding acetic acid at 60℃→6min, adding 0.5-1.5% enzyme, PH:6.0-6.5→30min, normal dyeing process.
Deoxidation polishing multi-effect enzyme CP-70 will lose activity when the alkalinity is higher than 9. Reactive dyes hardly influence on it,but other chemicals may have an impact on its effectiveness. So before mass production should be tested for the compatibility.
CP-70 should be stored in airtight containers, and avoid direct sunlight. Room temperature (25 ℃) stored for three months and its activity is not lower than the identification of enzyme activity.
